How do I verify my account with my mobile phone?

In order to claim samples, all users are required to verify their account using a valid mobile phone number.  Verification codes are send to your mobile phone via SMS text at the time of registration.  

This is an essential part of our security to authenticate Sampler accounts. 

Landlines & VOIP numbers

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to accept landlines or VOIP phone numbers for mobile verification.


Step-by-step: How to verify your account

During registration you will be asked to verify your account using a valid mobile phone number.  To add your mobile number, simply follow these steps:

1. Login to your account
2. Click on the Profile tab


3. Click Edit beside your current phone number

    4. Enter your new phone number and click Update Phone Number

5. A verification code will be sent to your phone number (please allow up to 5 minutes)


6. Once code is received, enter it in the box above, and click the Verify button
