Where did the Facebook log in option go?

As of June 21, 2022, Sampler is no longer able to support Facebook log in.

As a result, you will no longer able to sign up or log in to your Sampler account via Facebook. 

To access your account, use the email associated with your Facebook account and select "forgot password". You will then be prompted with step-by-step instructions on how to reset your password. 

If you’ve changed your Facebook email since creating your Sampler account, your Sampler account will be found under the original email that was used.

Please note, you will be restricted from changing your password to any of your two most recently used passwords due to security reasons.

How do I reset my password?

Oops! You've forgotten your password. Don't worry, we have you covered. To reset your password all you have to do is click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sampler login page. Enter your email and instructions will be sent to your email.

Check your spam folder

If you can't find an email from Sampler with the title "Forgot your password" make sure to check in your spam folder.


Step-by-step: How to reset your password

To reset a forgotten password, go to the Sampler login page and complete the steps below:

  1.  Click the Forgot password? link on the login page2. Enter the email associated with your Sampler account and click Send Instructions.  You will receive confirmation that an email will be sent if there is an account associated with the email address provided.


3. Check your email inbox for an email from Sampler named "Forgot your password". Click the Get Started button to reset your password.

4. Enter your new password, making sure to follow the minimum requirements listed. 


Password Change Restrictions 

You may be restricted to changing to certain passwords due to security reasons for the following below:

1. You will be unable to change your password to any of your two most recently used passwords.


2. If you receive this message: "The password you entered has been found in a public search of breached account information. For your security, please choose a different password for your Sampler account." It means that the password chosen was used before in a public breach on the Internet, and you will be prompted to create a stronger password.
