We will send you an email reminding you to complete a survey after your samples are delivered.  However, if you've just tried your samples and are eager to provide feedback, you can log-in to your Sampler account and follow the steps below.

You can find and complete any unanswered surveys by following the below steps:

1. Login to your account
2. Click on the Orders tab

3. All of your past orders will be listed.  Any orders which you haven't provided feedback for yet will have a button with "Complete Survey" at the top. Click this button and you can start answering questions!
